They are set to play in 14 European cites at the early stage of their tour before heading across the pond to begin their North American leg, kicking-off in Chicago on September 12.

The band played 22 songs including seven songs from the last album “No Line on the Horizon”, plus many of their classic tracks that have been missing from the set on recent tours.

The U2 360° Tour features the new groundbreaking stage production – four huge legs stretching across and suspending a giant spherical screen delivering crystal clear 360° vision.

“This has been our neighbourhood for the last couple of weeks. This is where we wanted to build our space station…” explained Bono after first few songs. Bono then strikes the audience when speaking to the astronauts orbiting planet earth on the International Space Station. “Commander, can you see Barcelona?” asked Bono. “Very nice to hear you” said one astronaut as the microphone floated around the cabin and the image immediately appeared live on the screens.

Another striking moment was when Bono dedicated ‘Walk On’ to Aung San Suu Kyi, democratically elected leader of Burma in 1990 but under house arrest for most of the years since. As the electronic screens weaved lower and elongated spectacularly over the stage, huge images of Aung San Suu Kyi appeared as dozens of people began walking slowly along the external stage runway, each holding up her mask. “Let her face be your face” said Bono, as people around the stadium began put out their own masks.

I have two tickets for their home venue at Dublin Croke Park on Saturday 25th July and I honestly cannot wait to see them live. Being at U2 concert, specially at their home venue, has always been one of the reasons I am still in Dublin.

Whirlpool baths are becoming increasingly popular, with more people benefiting from their home spa whirlpool. Whirlpool can be fitted with a filtration system which cleans the bath for you, allowing you to spend your time relaxing. Whirlpool baths are known world-wide for their luxurious designs and relaxation. They are the perfect thing for relaxing at home after a hard day at work or just the normal everyday stressful activities. Whirlpools are designed to fulfil the consumers luxury wants for hydrotherapy, aromatherapy and ultimate bathing experiences.

A jet of massaging air can be added to a bathtub; hydrotherapy is able to transform people’s life, to allow people to have a better state of mind and improve their health. Advanz Whirlpools are recognized as the leader in the bath industry. Why settle for a plain bath when you can have a Whirlpool? They are beautiful, energy efficient, well built, and surprisingly affordable and are very well-known for their swirling and bubbling motion that soothes the body.

So what should you bear in mind when buying a whirlpool?

The first thing to consider is the design of the whirlpool itself to ensure that it goes well with the general design of the bathroom.

The colour should fit the general decoration.

Do you want a walk in bath and shower combined? These come with special water tight fitments that act as a door in the side of the whirlpool.

Low Water Sensors – They will automatically shut off the motor once it has detected that the water level is too low, this stops the motor from burning out.

Built-in grab bars and slip-resistant floor.

Internal water heaters – To save money on heater, you should consider buying a whirlpool bathtub with internal water heaters to keep the water temperature consistent.

The filled weight of the filled Whirlpool should be kept in mind; if you buy an extra large make sure your floor is built to support the weight.

Unlike air baths, whirlpool tubs are much more pressurised and the jets release a combination of both air and water that is a little more intense. This aspect can be really terrific for muscle aches and to relieve tension.

One last great thing about having your own whirlpool bath, apart from being able to use it yourself anytime, is the value and attractiveness it adds to your home.

Advanz Whirlpools are based in Dublin and stock to retailers nationwide.

Sauce – a liquid, sometimes semi-solid food served with other foods or used for their preparation. They are essential elements in many Sauce Recipes in cuisine all around the world as they add flavor and moister to the meals. Some of them may be bought in the shop while others are cooked just before serving.

Antonin Carême classified sauces in the 19th century into four groups.

Allemande (based on white stock thickened with egg yolk)

Béchamel (based on milk thickened with roux)

Espagnole (based on brown stock thickened with roux)

Velouté ( based on a white stock thickened with roux)

Most common sauces used in cuisine are derivatives of one of the above listed grand sauces. These grand sauces are usually not served as-is, instead additional ingredients are added to make derivative sauces.

Coconut is the fruit of the coconut palm (Cocos Nucifera). The origin of coconut plant is unknown. Most claims the home of the coconut is South Asia, while others claim South America. Regardless of its origin, the coconut has spread across much of the tropics, and become an ingredient to many coconut recipes. The fruit is light and buoyant and presumably spread significant distances by marine currents. Some coconuts have been collected from the sea as far as Norway.

The coconut palm thrives on sandy soils and is highly tolerant of salinity. For optimum growth, coconuts need high humidity and prefer warm areas with abundant sunlight and regular rainfall, like shorelines of the tropics.

Botanically, a coconut is a simple dry nut known as a fibrous drupe. It is not fruit. The shell of the coconut has three pores that are clearly visible on the outside surface of the shell. Adhering to the inside wall of the shell is “the coconut meat”, the white and fleshy edible part of the seed.

Coconut meat contains less fat than other dry nuts such as peanuts and almonds. It is noted for its high amount of saturated fat, as approximately 90% of the fat found in coconut meat is saturated. Coconut meat also contains less sugar and more protein than popular fruits such as bananas, apples and oranges, and it is relatively high in minerals such as iron, phosphorus and zinc.

The coconut shell is hollow inside, filled with a liquid known as coconut water. Coconut water from the unripe coconut can be drunk fresh as a refreshing drink. It’s refreshingly sweet. When the coconut is still green, the “meat” inside is thin and often eaten as a snack. The main reason to pick the green nut is to drink its water, as a big ones can contains up to one litre. The meat in a young coconut is softer and more like gelatine than a mature coconut and sometimes it’s refers as coconut jelly. The water and meat from young coconuts is used as opposed to the meat of older coconuts which tends to be very hard and typically have less water (if any).

Besides being highly nutritious, young coconuts also have medicinal qualities for heart, liver and kidney disorders. In fact, the coconut has recently been reported to reduce the viral load of HIV. Coconuts are a great blood purifier as the coconut water is identical to human blood plasma. Plasma makes up 55% of human blood. Drinking coconuts water it’s like an instant blood transfusion.
